I think I should place on record, my appreciation of the excellent experience I had with the Vakil team during the whole transaction. Manish, Pradeep, Praveena and all others were nothing short of professional, responseive and friendly in ensuring that I had an extremely trouble free transaction. I had a constant streem of quires to which the team were quick to address and there was never a moment where I sensed reluctance or impatience at my study set of requests formore information. That is definetely a refreshing difference from what I am used to seeing from other developers.

I am truly amazed with all your efforts today and for sure, I am a permanent member of the Vakil Family. Initially I had thought I would sell off my plot but after today I dont feel I will do that !
