Introduction
Vakil Whispering Woods Phase 3 is a BMRDA approved
premium
residential layout located in Bangalore's IT corridor, Hosur Road.
There are plots of sizes 40x60 and 50x80 with Amenities ranging from
butter fly parks and Athlete's Areana to a full fledged clubhouse which
includes a Gymnasium, community hall and indoor games.

Construction Activity
Entrance Arch
75% work done. Large and Fast progress has been made in the
construction to give the Whispering Woods Entrance of the layout
and Elegant look.
Strom Water Drains
100% work done.
Storm Water drains are intended to drain excess rain and ground water
from paved streets and sidewalks. Any sudden large rainfall that
exceeds the sewage treatment capacity will be allowed to overflow to
the storm water drains.
Water Supply & Sanitation
100% work done.
The Sanitation & Water supply system will collect the
wastewater
and will get passed on to the Sewage treatment plant. The Water supply
is designed in a way to allow regular or time limited intervals based
on the supply.
Electrical Works
98% work done. The total completion of 98% of
electrical work
involves power management from a single receptacle to the entire
facility at whispering woods. At VWW our electrical arrangement
includes power distribution design, engineering, processing and
equipment installation works moving fast then expectation. The balance
2% is related to connection with the external supply.
Road works - WBM layer 1
100% work done.
The road work WBM layer 1 formation is complete 100 %, and soling is
perfectly set for all phases at VWW for long lasting roads at the
layouts.
Road works - WBM layer 2
100% work done.
Over Head Tank 1
100% work done. The overhead tank is now ready to
take up water
throughout phase 3. The image of over head tank shows the interior and
exteriors are completely done. And it has been white colored to give an
aesthetic look.

Sewage Treatment Plant
Close to 90% in March 08. Between three
Sewage Treatment Plants in Phase 3, for 2 of the design work is
complete, and for the 2nd one is complete to 90%. The source of Sewer
Treatment Plant is to safe and effectively treat the layouts wastewater
by the process of removing contaminants from wastewater both runoff and
domestic. It includes physical, chemical and biological processes to
remove physical, chemical and biological contaminants..
Athletes Arena
60% work done. The works in the Fields & Arena will include the
Volley Ball, Basket Ball, Tennis courts, Athletes Track ( Jogging Track
) Childrens Play Area, Cricket Pitch, Outdoor Theater, and you can also
view the completed Skating Rink..

Compound Wall
95% work done.
A strong 7 foot compound wall surrounds the complete layout for safety
& security.
Landscape Gardens
40% done. Whispering Woods is surrounded by
beautiful landscape
gardens and fruit orchards. Of the total work 35% has been completed,
and the balance work is under progress set to be completed very soon.
Club House
5% done. The Club House plans have been drawn and
finalised, and the work is set to begin shortly.
