Introduction

Vakil Whispering Woods Phase 1 & Phase 2 is a BMRDA approved premium residential layout located in Bangalore's IT corridor, Hosur Road. There are plots of sizes 40x60 and 50x80 with Amenities ranging from butter fly parks and Athlete's Areana to a full fledged clubhouse which includes a Gymnasium, community hall and indoor games.

Model Villa

The model villa  plans have been drawn and finalized. The Plot have been marked to construct the luxury villa at VWW phase -1. The foundation work on the villa has begun.




Compound Wall

95% work done.
A strong 7 foot compound wall surrounds the complete layout for safety & security.


Entrance Arch

100% work done.
An Elegant entrance is built to welcome the visitors and residents to the Project. As a part of final execution the Whispering Woods logo is fixed on the arch. 


Strom Water Drains

100% work done.
100% work done. Storm Water drains are intended to drain excess rain and ground water from paved streets and sidewalks. Any sudden large rainfall that exceeds the sewage treatment capacity will be allowed to overflow to the storm water drains.


Flora Fountain

100% work done.
The Flora fountain has a beautiful central water body which looks 100% complete along with the fountains, surrounded with landscaped gardens. The fountains have been installed and also surrounded by neatly laid tiles.


Sanitary & Water Supply

100% work done.
The Sanitation & Water supply system will collect the wastewater and will get passed on to the Sewage treatment plant. The Water supply is designed in a way to allow regular or time limited intervals based on the supply.


Electrical Work

100% work done.
100% work done. The total completion of 95% of electrical work involves power management from a single receptacle to the entire facility at whispering woods. At VWW our electrical arrangement includes power distribution design, engineering, processing and equipment installation.


Formation of Roads

100% work done.
Road formation is 100% complete at VWW phase 1 & 2, including Asphalting.

Over Hand Tank

100% work done.
The total completion of 95% of electrical work involves power management from a single receptacle to the entire facility at whispering woods. At VWW our electrical arrangement includes power distribution design, engineering, processing and equipment installation.


Landscape Gardens

100% work done.
The landscape & rock gardens surround Whispering woods and enhance the beauty of the layout. All these gardens are complete and are being maintained on a continuous basis.






Garden C-Area's Park

100% complete.
This is one more park updated in the phase-1 to increase the beauty of the layout. It is situated near athlete’s arena to give a pleasant look to the viewers.









Sewage Treatment Plant

100% work done. The purpose of Sewer Treatment Plant is to safely and effectively treat the layout's wastewater by the process of removing contaminants from wastewater both runoff and domestic. It includes physical, chemical and biological processes to remove physical, chemical and biological contaminants.





Butterfly Park

100% complete. The beautiful butterfly park at Whispering Woods is complete. The park contains beautiful water bodies and landscaped gardens. There have been speical plants, planted to attract butterflies.









Athlete's Arena

80% complete. The Athletes Arena in the Phase 1 will include a Volley Ball court, Basket Ball court, Tennis, Jogging Track and the Kids Play Area. 








BSNL Cable Lining

95% work is complete at phase-1. The next goal of the VWW project is to develop and implement Telecommunication facilities from BSNL at the entire project. The communication cabling work will disseminate throughout the layout. The facilities will include Land line connections & Broadband High Speed Cable internet connections.






Foot Path Paver

35% work is completed at phase-1. The footpath  paver is planned on either sides of the each road to give cleanly and reliable look to the overall layout.
