Site Formation

100% work done.
Site formation work had started with the expert's team of Engineers & In-house Architects working out the overall plan of the layout and the engineers executing with the precise quality and detail the marking of each individual plot.

Compound Wall

100% work done.
The Strong 7' compound wall surrounds the complete layout for safety & security as in other projects executed by Vakil Housing.

Road Works

Upto WBM 100% work complete.
Asphalting 100% work complete.

The road works 100% completed. The soiling is perfectly set for all roads in VT to be long lasting in the layout. Necessary care is taken to retain the quality of the work. The wide roads will enhance the beauty of the overall layout.

Sanitary & Water Supply

100% work complete.
The Sanitary and Water works is completed 100%. At Vakil Townscape the Sanitation & Water system will collect the wastewater and will get passed on to the Sewage treatment plant. The Water supply is designed in a way to allow regular or time limited intervals based on the supply. Necessary care is taken to ensure safe drinking water.

Storm Water Drain

100% Completed.
Storm Water drains at Townscape are intended to drain excess rain and ground water from paved streets and footway. At Vakil Townscape every rainfall that exceeds the sewage treatment capacity will be allowed to overflow to the storm water drains. Strom Water Drain Work is completed 100%.

Overhead Tank & Sump

100% Work Done.
The overhead tank & Sump tank work is 100% completed. The overhead tank interior and exteriors are completely planned and executed by the in - house project Architects and Engineering team to give similarity and aesthetic look like other projects of Vakils.

Electrical Works

100% Work Done.
Electrical works are involves power management from a single receptacle to the entire project. At VT our electrical arrangement includes power distribution design, engineering, processing and equipment installation works. It is well connected to external supply.

Sewage Treatment Plant

100% Completed.
The Sewage Treatment plant has commenced and the purpose of that is to safely and effectively treat the layout's wastewater by the process of removing contaminants from wastewater both runoff and domestic. It includes physical, chemical and biological processes to remove contaminants.

Gazebo Garden

85% Completed.
It's a perfect place for long and leisurely family walks, typical of small touches that make difference to your quality family life. The Gazebos at the gardens to add an element of elegance and panache to your project. Prepare to spend quality time with your family or with your friends, or just lie down with your favorite author for company.

Rose Garden

90% Completed.
The Rose gardens beauty is coming up at the Vakil Townscape Garden area. Townscape Rose gardens enhance the beauty of the project which looks with lots of flowers & landscape gardens. The gardens are well maintained with the regular inspection made by garden supervisors. Further works will be carried out and will be updated in the newsletter regularly.

Senior Citizens Park

95% Completed.
Senior Citizens need to enjoy their life; Free and ample walking space entice them to walk frequently and regularly not just for enjoyment but for health benefits. Senior Citizens Park is almost getting completed with fresh flowers and abundant greenery. Designed to enhance the ambiance of the project. Surely it will be great delight to see Senior Citizens walking freely, enjoying this routine every day.

BSNL Cable lining

The next goal of the VT project is to develop and implement Telecommunication facilities from BSNL at the entire project. The communication cabling work will disseminate throughout the layout. The facilities will include Land line connections & Broadband High Speed Cable Internet connections.

Club House

65% Completed
Club House superstructure works progressing briskly at the project. The excavation and foundation work has been completed. Ground and First floor slab also completed, now the plastring works are going on. The beautiful Club House will have several amenities including Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Snooker, Table Tennis and a Multi Purpose Hall.
