Road Works - upto WBM

The road works upto WBM is completed. The soiling is perfectly set for all roads in VT to be long lasting in the layout. Necessary care is taken to retain the quality of the work. The wide roads will enhance the beauty of the overall layout.
Sanitary & Water Supply
98% work complete.
The Sanitary and Water works is completed 98%. At Vakil Townscape the Sanitation & Water system
will collect the wastewater and will get passed on to the Sewage treatment plant.
The Water supply is designed in a way to allow regular or time limited intervals based on the supply.
Necessary care is taken to ensure safe drinking water.
Storm Water Drain
90%
Completed.
Storm Water drains at Townscape are intended to drain excess rain and
ground water from paved streets and footway. At Vakil Townscape every
rainfall that exceeds the sewage treatment capacity will be allowed to
overflow to the storm water drains. Strom Water Drain Work is
in a steady progress and completed 90%.

OverHead Tank & Sump
100% Work Done.
The overhead tank & Sump tank work is completed at 100%. The
overhead tank interior and exteriors are
completely planned and executed by the in - house project
Architects and engineering team to give similarity and
aesthetic look like other projects of Vakils.

Electrical
Works
90%
Work Done.
Electrical works are going on in a steady pace in the VT and it involves power management from a single
receptacle to the entire project. At VT our electrical arrangement
includes power distribution design, engineering, processing and
equipment installation works. It is well connected to external supply.
Sewage Treatment Plant
40%
Comlpeted.
The Sewage Treatment plant has commenced and the purpose of that is to safely and
effectively treat the layout's wastewater by the process of removing
contaminants from wastewater both runoff and domestic. It includes
physical, chemical and biological processes to
remove contaminants.
Rose Gardens
40%
Comlpeted.
The Rose gardens beauty is comming up at the Vakil
Townscape garden area. Townscape Rose gardens enhance the beauty of the
project which looks with lots of flowers & landscape gardens.
The gardens are well maintained with the regular inspection made by
garden supervisors. Further works will be carried out and will be
updated in the newsletter regularly.
BSNL
Cable lining
The
next goal of the VT
project is to develop and implement Telecommunication facilities from
BSNL at the entire project. The communication cabling work will
disseminate throughout the layout. The facilities will include Land
line connections & Broadband High Speed Cable internet
connections.
Club House
25% Complete.
The designs of the architecture and structural drawings are finalised by the Engineering team and excavation is completed. The beautiful Club house will have several amenities
including Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Snooker, Table Tennis and a Multi
Purpose hall.
