Introduction
Vakil
Hosur Hills is the first gated community set in 28.5 acres, with
amenities that are unheard of in Hosur. These include a long jogging
track, swimming pool, a cricket pitch, 2 dedicated children s
playground, gymnasium, community hall, indoor facilities for carom,
table tennis & chess and a reading room-cum-TV lounge.

The site formation is 100% complete. The site formation work had
started with the expert's team of Engineers & In-house
Architects
working out the overall plan of the layout and the engineers executing
with the precise quality and detail the marking of each individual plot
on which the Villa will be built.

Compound
Wall

work done.
Compound Wall will remain un-changed for this month till the
Engineering team will execute the final portion such that the water is
able to pass through the compound wall. The Engineering team is also
exceptionally busy in supplementary works around the compound wall.

Sanitary
and Water supply

work done.
The Sanitation system will collect the wastewater and will get passed
on to the Sewage treatment plant. The Water supply is designed in a way
to allow regular or time limited intervals based on the supply.
Necessary care is taken to ensure safe drinking water.

Work

Now the total completion of 95%. The electrical work involves power
management from a single receptacle to the entire facility. Our
Electrical arrangement includes power distribution design, engineering,
processing and equipment installation works. All these works are moving
on at a fast pace.

Overhead
tank & Sump Tank

work done.
Overhead
tank work has completed 100% at VHH project. The Overhead tank acts as
storage for the water and is used to purify & distribute the
water
from a central location. The internal works of overhead tank now 100 %
complete & geared to take up pure water at VHH project.

Sewage
Treatment Plant
20% work done.
STP at Vhh now completes 20%.The purpose of Sewer Treatment Plant is to safely and effectively treat
the layout's wastewater by the process of removing contaminants from
wastewater both runoff and domestic. It includes physical, chemical and
biological processes to remove physical, chemical and biological
contaminants.

Rose
and Jasmine Gardens
80% work done.
The
gardens at Hosur Hills project now completes 80%. VHH gardens enhance
the beauty of the project which looks with lots of fresh flowers
&
landscape gardens. The gardens are well maintained with the regular
inspection made by gardeners. Further work will be carried out as
construction works on Villas come to completion.
