Introduction

Vakil Hosur Hills is the first gated community set in 28.5 acres, with amenities that are unheard of in Hosur. These include a long jogging track, swimming pool, a cricket pitch, 2 dedicated childrens playground, gymnasium, community hall, indoor facilities for carom, table tennis & chess and a reading room-cum-TV lounge.

Site Formation

100% work done.
The 100% site formation work has been completed from our in house team of experienced engineers & architects. All the sites formation was done according to the sanctioned plan keeping the quality aspects in mind as well.

Compound Wall

100% work done.
The Strong 7' compound wall surrounds the complete layout for safety & security as in every other project executed by Vakil Housing.


Sanitary and Water supply

100% work done.
The Sanitation system will collect the wastewater, which will then get passed on to the Sewage treatment plant. The Water supply is designed in such a way to allow regular or time limited intervals based on the supply. Necessary care is taken to ensure safe drinking water.


Electrical Work

100% work done.
The Electrical work has been completed at the project. The electrical work includes power management from a single receptacle to the entire facility. Our electrical work encompasses power distribution design, engineering, processing and equipment installation works. All these works are completed.


Road works

Soiling 95% & WBM 35% Complete.
The road work has begun at the project and currently 95% soiling & 35% WBM work has been completed. Soiling is perfectly set for all roads in the project. We have taken the necessary care is to retain the quality of the work. The wide roads will surely enhance the aesthetics of the overall layout.


Overhead tank & Sump Tank

100% work done.
The Overhead tank acts as central water storage is used to purify & distribute the water all over the layout. The internal works of overhead tank now 100 % complete and well geared to supply quality water to all in your project.


Sewage Treatment Plant

100% work done.
The 100% STP work has been completed at your project. The function of Sewage Treatment Plant is to safely and effectively treat the layout's waste water, both runoff and domestic, by a process of removing contaminants from it. The STP uses physical, chemical and biological processes to remove harmful contaminants in the waste water.


Floral Landscape

25 % work done.
Landscaping work will be the next process to be taken up at your project. The floral landscaping, with plenty of flowers and greenery will surely enhance the beauty of the project. We will update you with photographs about the development of floral landscape throughout the project in the forthcoming issues of our newsletters.

Gazebo Gardens

55 % work done.
It's a perfect place for long and leisurely family walks, typical of small touches that make difference to your quality family life. The sidewall enclosures give the gazebo gardens a distinctive look and you also have a charming outdoor room to enjoy windy evenings. The gazebos at your project add an element of elegance and panache to your villa. Prepare to spend quality time with your family or with your friends from the projects, of if you so prefer, just lie down with your favorite author for company.


Storm Water Drain

80 % work done.
Storm Water drains at your project are designed to drain excess rain and ground water from paved streets and footways. At VHH every rainfall that exceeds the sewage treatment capacity will be allowed to overflow to the storm water drains, so that streets and pathways are never waterlogged.


Rose and Jasmine Gardens

90% work done.
Now the gardens are 90% complete, your project will surely add splendor and greenery to its aesthetics. The project looks lovely with fresh flowers and gardens blooming all over the project, especially after little rains. The gardens are well maintained with the regular upkeep and inspection by professional gardeners and landscape artists employed by us. Further work will be carried out as construction works on Villas come to completion.


Children's Play Ground

100% work done.
Now your children's play ground is 100% ready. We have used the best quality playing equipments, keeping in mind of your children's safety. Now you can enjoy your children's squeals of delight as they play in ground exclusively designed for them.

BSNL Cable Lining

80% work done.

The communication cabling work will network every nook and corner of your project. The Optical fiber cable from exchange to the telecommunication room has already been laid. Further laying of copper cables within the project to facilitate the basic landline connections as well as the broadband and internet, will also be undertaken in next few days.
