Introduction

Site Formation

The
site formation is 100% complete. The site formation work had started
from the expert's team of Engineers & In-house Architects
working out the overall plan of the layout and the engineers
executing with the precise quality and detail the marking of each
individual plot on which the Villa will be built. Necessary care is
taken to retain the quality |
Compound Wall
100% work done.
The Strong 7 foot compound wall surrounds the complete layout for safety & security
as in other projects executed by Vakil Housing. |
Sanitary and Water
supply
100% work done.
The
Sanitation system will collect the wastewater and will get passed on
to the Sewage treatment plant. The Water supply is designed in a way
to allow regular or time limited intervals based on the supply.
Necessary care is taken to ensure safe drinking water. |
Electrical Work
100% work done.
The
Electrical work is completed at VHH project. The electrical work
involves power management from a single receptacle to the entire
facility. Our Electrical arrangement includes power distribution
design, engineering, processing and equipment installation works.
All these works are finished. |
Road works
75% work done.
The road work formation is 75 % completed, and soiling is perfectly set for all roads in VHH.
Necessary care is taken to retain the quality
of the work. The wide roads will enhance the beauty of the
overall layout. |
Overhead tank & Sump Tank
100% work
done.
Overhead tank work has completed 100% at VHH project. The
Overhead tank acts as storage for the water and is used to purify
& distribute the water from a central location. The internal
works of overhead tank now 100 % complete & geared to take up
pure water at VHH project. |
Sewage Treatment
Plant
95 % work
done.
STP at VHH now completes 95%. The function of Sewer
Treatment Plant is to safely and effectively treat the layout's
wastewater by the process of removing contaminants from wastewater
both runoff and domestic. It includes physical, chemical and
biological processes to remove harmful contaminants stored in the
waste water. |
Floral Landscape
25 % work
done.
Landscaping work will be the next process at the
Vakil Hosur Hills garden area. These landscaping enhance the
beauty of the project which looks with lots of flowers &
greenery. The gardens are well maintained with the regular
inspection made by garden supervisors. Further works will be carried
out and will be updated in the newsletter regularly. |

done.

to drain excess rain and ground water from paved streets and
footway. At VHH every rainfall that exceeds the sewage treatment
capacity will be allowed to overflow to the storm water drains.
Strom Water Drain Work is in a steady progress and completed 50%.

The gardens at Hosur Hills project now completes 90%. VHH
gardens enhance the beauty of the project which looks with lots of
fresh flowers & landscape gardens. The gardens are well
maintained with the regular inspection made by professional

disseminate throughout the layout. The facilities will include Land

connections. The Optical fibre cable from exchange to the tele
communication cable lining room has already been laid, the laying of
copper cables within the layout to facilitate the basic landline
connections which also includes broadband and internate will be
undertaken in next few days. |
