Layout Progress View

Site Formation

100% work done.
The 100% site formation work has been completed by our in house team of experienced engineers & architects. All the sites formation was done strictly according to the sanctioned plan.

Compound Wall

100% work done.
The Strong 7' compound wall surrounds the complete layout for safety & security as in every other project executed by Vakil Housing.

Sanitary and Water supply

99% work done.
The Sanitation system is designed to collect wastewater, which will then get passed on to the Sewage Treatment Plant. The Water supply is designed in such a way to allow either regular or time limited interval based on the supply. Necessary care is taken to ensure safe drinking water.

Electrical Work

97% work done.
The Electrical work is 97% completed. It encompasses complete power management from a single receptacle to the entire facility, including power distribution design, engineering, processing and equipment installation works.

Road Works

Soling 100%, WBM 100% works done.
The road Soling & WBM works have been completed at the VEC. The soiling is getting perfectly set. Special care is taken to ensure the quality of the work. When completed, the wide roads will surely enhance the utility and the beauty of the overall layout.

Strom Water Drains

80% work done.
Storm Water drains along the roads at Vakil EnCasa are intended to drain excess rain and ground water from paved streets and foot ways. At your project, every inch rainfall that exceeds the sewage treatment capacity, will be allowed to overflow to the storm water drains, so that streets and pathways are never waterlogged.

Overhead Tank & Sump Tank

65% work done.
The overhead tank and sump tank work has commenced. Both the tanks were designed by our in-house architecture team, and are being executed by VHDC's Engineering team. The Overhead tank acts as central water storage, is the main facility to purify and distribute water all over the layout.

Tranquilo

75% work done.
The beautiful Tranquilo Park - named after tranquil blue water reflecting a tranquil blue sky, with an abidance of flowers and greenery is designed to enhance the ambiance of the project. It is getting completed fast. We will update you with photographs on the development of floral landscapes throughout the project in the forthcoming issues of our newsletters.

Sereno (Garden)

80% work done.
Sereno, the Garden is all set to shape up as a green island where you can enjoy a pleasant walk both in the morning and evening. When completed, it will be a great place to relax and tune into nature. The gardens at your project are designed and maintained by professional gardeners and landscape artists employed by us.

Fiesta (Garden)

80% work done.
The Fiesta is already 80% complete, and provides you with a foretaste of aesthetics of your project. Beautifully designed gardens that enhances the aesthetics and ambiance of your project are standard feature at all Vakil Projects and Vakil En Casa is no exception.
