Property Tax
You can avail our services for paying the Annual Property tax on your behalf. To do so, please read the FAQs and fill in the following Property Tax form.
Security & Maintenance
All Projects are maintained with 24 hours security by Vakil Housing till the time it is handed over to the association. To ensure the safety of your layout and continuing security, please update your latest contact details with us. To update your contact details or to ask us queries on maintenance, email (customercare@vakilhousing.com) us with the name of the project and your Plot Number.
Villa Construction Status
For Villas that are constructed by us, we will be giving you online access that will show you the progress of the construction along with the photographs and percentage of completion. If you do not have online access to the construction status of your Villa, please Email us (customercare@vakilhousing.com) .
Newsletters
Newsletters of our ongoing projects will be mailed to you periodically so that you can view the progress of the project from the comfort of your home. Incase you’re not receiving the newsletters, please update your contact details with us.
Resale & N.O.C
To ensure better Layout & Clubhouse maintenance, property security and after sales services, all existing plot owners of Vakil Housing projects and new purchasers who are purchasing from existing plot owners are requested to collect a No Objection Certificate [N.O.C] from Vakil Housing before selling/purchasing the respective plots.

Guidelines for Resale
1. The seller has to collect a No Objection Certificate [NOC] from Vakil Housing before selling plot/s in Vakil housing projects.
2. The seller should clear all dues towards property security and maintenance service to obtain No Objection Certificate from Vakil Housing.
3. The seller has to introduce the new purchaser and provide correct contact details of the new purchaser to transfer the Clubhouse Membership and continue our after sales service, property security and maintenance service to new purchaser.
4. If the seller fails to introduce the new purchaser or fails to provide the correct contact details of the new purchaser, it is the seller’s responsibility to pay the charges towards property security and maintenance service.
5. The seller has to collect a copy of the ‘Purchaser’s N.O.C’ issued by Vakil Housing to withdraw from being liable to pay property security, layout and clubhouse maintenance charges.
6. The seller should provide a copy of the sale agreement (executed between Vakil Housing and first plot owner) with signature of new purchaser. The terms & conditions given in the executed agreement are applicable to new purchaser.
7. The seller has to provide a copy of the sale deed [Resale] and fresh post dated cheques issued by the new purchaser to continue property security, layout and clubhuouse maintainence services.
